The CAWCD is seeking a qualified CMAR to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services for the Pool 34 Lining Repairs. The estimated construction budget is $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. This project consists of the replacement of the Concrete Lining for approximately 4000 LF along canal left in Pool 34, including all necessary means to dewater and isolate work area, test materials, remove temporary fence, replace permanent fence and return site to pre-Construction conditions. The estimated construction budget is $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 10/10/22 Start of Construction and Canal Dry up 11/17/22 Completion of Construction and Canal Water up CAWCD in its sole discretion may (1) reject for any reason any or all SOQs; (2) reject a SOQ not accompanied by data required by the SOQ Documents; (3) waive minor deviations in SOQs received; and (4) reissue a RFQ.
