The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The project is expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2023. Oregon City School District 62 (the "District") is seeking proposals from firms for the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Jackson B Building (the "Project"), located at 1306 12th Street, Oregon City, OR 97045. In the spring of 2021, the District applied for and received a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant ("SRG") for the project through the Infrastructure Finance Authority: Business Oregon. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the entire Jackson B building. The District was awarded $2,493,150 for the design and construction of Jackson B Building Seismic Rehabilitation. . Late proposals will not be accepted. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. The School District has budgeted $2.5 million for the total project budget and approximately $1.8M-$2.2M for construction budget GMP. All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in the RFP. Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the District. Proposals will be submitted and will be inspected for basic documents submitted. No reading of the proposals will be conducted or announcement of specifics will be discussed. Proposals may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time set for opening. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all applicable public procurement procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the District that itis inthepublicinterest todo so.All proposers mustbe registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
