Estimated value From 100000.00 To 120000.00 The work generally consists of Project is for construction of replacement pilings and associated bracing and connections on the Main Street Pier in Daytona Beach. Project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work in the contract documents. The deadline for questions is 7 calendar days before the Offer Deadline Date. Questions must be submitted electronically. A 10% Bid Bond is required for all Construction projects. An A1A bond form is acceptable. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish separate 100% Performance and Payment Bonds unless the Contract price is less than $100,000. City approved bond forms will be sent to the successful Contractor when a Notice of Award is issued. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bid and investigating the qualifications of Contractors prior to awarding the Contract. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Participation. The Daytona Beach City Commission has established a goal of 10% MBE/WBE participation in business contracts (i.e., contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers) with the City
