Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
As of September 1, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. A Bid Bond, or cashier's check for 5% of bid, payable to City of Logan, must accompany each bid, along with a proposed SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION. Upon awarding of the bid, a PAYMENT BOND and a PERFORMANCE BOND will be required for 100% of any bid which exceeds $5,000. Final completion shall be no later than August 31, 2023.
