Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work shall include, but is not limited to: .1 Pre-demolition testing of existing air handling equipment, final TAB of all new hydronic equipment and distribution, and existing air handling equipment. .2 Remove existing natural gas meter and piping, provide new exterior gas meter/regulator assembly, with steel enclosure and protective frame, to serve new hydronic boilers. .3 Remove existing steam boilers, associated piping, condensate receivers, pumps, gas piping, venting, pressure relief, duct and air handling unit mounted heating coils, convector coils, and auxiliary equipment. .4 Removal of pneumatic controls, piping/tubing. Modify/extend existing Delta DDC system to accommodate new equipment, sequences of operations. Update of front end graphics on existing operator workstation. .5 Electrical disconnect required for removal of existing equipment, and connections of new heating system equipment. .6 Selective demolition of existing ceiling tile, drywall ceilings, concrete floor, and patch/repair/paint to accommodate new heating equipment installations. .7 Complete installation of new condensing boilers, venting, pumps, VFD's, piping, pipeline fittings and devices, valves, heat exchanger, expansion tanks, insulation, hangers and supports, anchors/guides, unit heaters, electronic control valves, temperature sensors/thermostats, heating coils, convector coils, and all auxiliary equipment. .8 Modification of existing air handling units to accommodate new glycol heating coils and Merv 13 filter bank. .9 Fire dampers and firestopping of all new and existing floor/wall fire separation penetrations.
