Lewis County Board of Legislators is seeking sealed bids/proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide construction of the Lewis County Public Safety Building HVAC Improvements, Contract No. 1 - Mechanical, Contract No. 2 - Plumbing, and Contract No. 3 Electrical, located at 5252 Outer Stowe Street, Lowville, NY 13367 Any questions regarding the bidding documents or site access should be addressed to the issuing office and project engineer, Rob Campany at rjc@fourthcoast.com or by calling 315-783-6384. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. Lewis County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any and all proposals. Lewis County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
