Renovation of a municipal facility in Lowville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The cleaning work for each building is for the complete Air Conveyance System including, but not limited to the following components: 1. Air Handling Unit(s) a. Unit enclosure b. Coils c. Fan assembly d. Dampers. e. Condensate pan f. Replacement of existing filters (furnished by facility) g. Outside air plenum(s) h. Outside air intake(s) 2. All supply ductwork, lined and unlined, including ductwork plenums, branches, risers, turning vanes, and accessories. 3. All associated air terminal devices, to include supply diffusers, dampeners, and duct security devices. 4. Sound attenuators. 5. Exhaust/Return duct system and all associated registers. 6. Exhaust/Return fans. 7. Fire and fire/smoke dampers. 8. Control system sensors and airflow stations.
