Renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is for renovations happening in different areas of the Johns Creek City Hall Building. The Project includes six areas. Price each area as a separate price when you submit your bid. 10 - VID Production Demo & Modifications 11 - Demo & Build-Out Modifications for Communications Office 35 - Demo & Build-Out for three Fire Marshall Offices 50 - Demo & Build-Out for Police Department Training Room 51 - Demo & Build-Out of Huddle Room & File Room 52 - Demo & Build-Out two new offices on level two Please note in your quote if you have a long lead item that would prevent completing your scope of work in 120 days. Propose a material alternate to meet the schedule. Per Johns Creek - Normal workday for this project shall be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the normal work week shall be Monday through Friday. Work requiring loud constant noise will be required to be conducted after normal workday hours or weekends. No work will be allowed on City holidays (a complete list can be found on the City website). Per Johns Creek - AFTER HOURS WORK: 8am- 5pm are normal hours. Anything before or after hours needs to be scheduled and approved through the City's Project Managers. All work before normal hours must be completed by 7:45am. Per Johns Creek - Any type of work the puts out a strong odor, loud noises, or material delivery that disrupts normal business will need to be scheduled after normal work hours such as: Soldering or braising copper pipe Painting or staining Any type of hammering, shooting, or drilling that disrupts normal business Draining the building fire sprinkler system Delivering materials that blocks normal business
