Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will fix the paving and parking issues, create a sidewalk out to Evans Ave, bring CW and replace HHW pipes to Cain Hall, create an ADA path south of Raggio, establish new ADA parking stalls and create a safe drop off zone for the preschool children. Contractor shall coordinate with UNR Construction Manager to maintain suitable pedestrian access throughout the duration of the construction project. Phasing drawings shall be submitted to show pedestrian access paths. This is a highly congested section of campus and the construction area shall be positively controlled by fencing. The turnaround/preschool drop-off area shown on C3.0 Phase 1 shall be established before the cul-de-sac is shut down for demolition.
