The Ontario Financing Authority (OFA) is a crown agency that manages the Province's key financial relationships with investors, financial institutions, rating agencies and public bodies. Currently, OFA is located at 1 Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario and currently in the process of signing a new lease with Cadillac Fairview. As part of the process OFA is looking towards the future a new vision for its workspace. This new vision will create modern, flexible, and collaborative environment. The Project consist of the lease hold improvements of approximately a 28,000 sq/ft. spread over 2 floors at 1 Dundas Street West. The new space will be constructed for general office use with consistent open plan for maximum flexibility for the future use following the Province's realty transformation guidelines.
