This 29-story structure houses offices and is located on the north side of the block while South Plaza area is on the south side of the block. The South Plaza connects the City Hall's south entrance on the First Floor of the City Hall building to Locust Street and 12 th Street via a paved areas with stairs, walls, statues, fountains, and lawn areas. The underground garage structure underlies the South Plaza area and has pedestrian access from City Hall's basement level entrance. Vehicular access to the garage is via a ramp driveway to Oak Street.
