This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK). Many of the types of operations, maintenance, and repair activities that are included in the scope of this contract include but no limited to: Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Repairs; Recreation Area and Facility Cleaning; Solid Waste Collection, Transport, and Disposal; Visitor Center Operations and Maintenance; Graffiti Removal; Carpentry; Erosion Control Activities; Buoy Placement and Maintenance; Painting; Heating/Air Conditioning Services and repair maintenance; Masonry Repair; Landscaping; Wildlife and Fisheries Habitat Enhancement; Flood Control Structure Repairs and Maintenance; Road Maintenance/Repairs, tree trimming and removal due to breaks; security equipment maintenance; and unplanned & unscheduled maintenance.
