Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a 140,000-square-foot educational facility.
The project consists of a new replacement for Sacajawea Middle School (approximately 140,000 SF) on the current Sacajawea Middle School campus. Students will be onsite during construction and laydown and staging areas will be limited. New building construction will begin no later than March 15, 2022 and be substantially complete no later than July 29, 2023. Exterior improvements and landscaping substantially complete no later than October 31, 2023. Deadline for questions/substitution requests prior to bid is February 9, 2022, at 3:30 pm.Questions should be directed to jtodd@lydig.com. Plans and specifications may be viewed at the following locations: Abadan Regional Plan Center, and the Spokane Regional Plan Center; Spokane.
