Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of an office development.
**As of January 25, 2023 this project has been put on hold until further notice.** The project consists of the removal of existing steel window/storm/vinyl/wood units and the installation of new aluminum storefront window units. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Greene County Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
