In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies with regard to the acquisition of services, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed by means of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting certain contracts . services from public bodies. THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the collection of residual materials for the following types of materials: Materials destined for landfill Recyclable residual materials Mixed recyclable residual materials Recyclable residual materials plastic-glass-metal Recyclable residual materials paper and cardboard Recyclable residual materials paper only Recyclable residual materials cardboard only Organic materials CONTRACT LENGTH The Contract will cover an initial period of 3 years. The Contract provides for TWO (2) renewal options for a term of ONE (1) year each. The BIDDER does not have to accompany its Bid with a bid guarantee. Intergovernmental agreements apply. Tender documents can only be obtained through electronic tender system. Paper submission is not permitted. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received, particularly when it finds that the prices are disproportionate or beyond its estimate.
