The Radnor Township School District ("District") issues this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for a leased lit and/or leased dark fiber service to create a District Wide Area Network (WAN) in ring topology with diverse entrance for the district's five school buildings. The new connections must meet the technical specifications in Section 2. The District intends to apply for discounts on the services listed in this RFP through the federal E-rate program. Several criteria and restrictions pertinent to the E-rate program are included herein and must be met by the successful vendor in order for the proposal to be considered a Qualified Proposal. Bidders will be notified in the event that the decision is made not to make a contract award for any of the service groups.
