Awards will be made within sixty (60) days of bid opening. All bid prices will be considered firm, unless qualified otherwise. Requests for price increases will not be honored. The goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation is 10% of the total bid value. The goal for Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) participation is 10% of the total bid value. The goal for combined MBE/WBE participation is 20% of the total bid value. All bidders must complete and submit the MBE/WBE Participation Affidavit indicating whether or not they are a state-certified MBE/WBE and acknowledging the City's participation goals. Submission of this form is required with every bid. Your bid will not be accepted without an affidavit.
