Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; and residential development.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to demolish the existing structure and purchase and install the new manufactured home per the contract documents. Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not prequalified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid. Pursuant to Executive Order 07-126 and Section 255.252(3), F.S. the Department requires the proposed project be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable. Failure to file a Notice of Intent to Protest or a formal, written Protest in accordance with Rule 28-110, F.A.C., within ten days after the 72- hour period ends, as prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of your right to an administrative hearing on the Bid Specifications under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Rules for bid protests can be found in sections 120.569 and 120.57, F.S., and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code. A bid protester shall comply with these statutes and rules. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
