Renovation of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Q/A Cutoff Date: 02/02/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 11:00 AM CST Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the necessary repairs from a vehicle accident which damaged approximately 12 linear feet of exterior/interior wall to include replacement of approximately 50 square feet of brick at 917 South Road, High Point, NC 27262. Contractor will demolish the damaged area, approximately twelve (12) linear feet wide x nine (9) linear feet high, located in the front of the property. This work will include removing one (1) window and approximately fifty (50) square feet of brick including sheathing and drywall and dispose of all debris at an approved dump location. Refer to Attachment D for site details. Contractor will build new wall(s) to meet current code requirements. Contractor will install new OSB one-half inch ( 1/2 ") sheathing, one inch (1") ISO insulation board and vapor barrier with a minimum of 15# felt or equal. Contractor will install a new steel lintel over window opening. Lintel will meet current code requirements. Contractor will reinstall existing window and insulate per current code requirements. Contractor will install matching brick, approximately fifty (50) s.f., tuck point entire front of house and acid wash to achieve a consistent look throughout. Contractor will bring drywall to a level four (4) finish, prime and paint with two (2) coats of low-VOC SWHPHA Bone White. Contractor will install new cove base as needed.
