Renovation of a municipal facility in Longlac, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A one-time mandatory teleconference meeting will be held starting at 1:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, February 1, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of all potential bidders call into the teleconference on time. Call details listed in the Tender Document. All work performed shall be completed following the NMS General Instructions (2021) Removal of existing EPDM membrane roof system down to existing metal deck at Roof #1 over the foyer. Removal of existing EPDM membrane roof system down to existing plywood sheathing at Roof #2 over the storage area. Removal of existing exhaust fan and enclosure in its entirety. Provide new wood joists, batten insulation, vapour barrier and plywood sheathing at the existing exhaust fan roof penetration. Provide new wall construction at the locations indicated. Provide two new relief vents at the locations indicated. Provide new fully adhered EPDM roof assembly at Roof #1 and Roof #2. Provide new purpose made rubber walkway pads at the locations indicated. *Award amount was not released for publication.
