The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents consists of The work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 66,258 lineal feet of sewers, varying in size from 8-inches to 48-inches in diameter, utilizing cured in-place-pipe (CIPP) methods. The project is within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Boundaries, inside the city(ies) of St. Louis and various municipalities in St. Louis County and unincorporated St. Louis County in the State of Missouri. The work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 66,258 lineal feet of sewers, varying in size from 8-inches to 48-inches in diameter, utilizing CIPP methods. The District may increase or decrease the bid item quantities to expend up to $2,500,000. The project is within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Boundaries, which includes the City of St. Louis and most of St. Louis County, Missouri. The work will be performed in various quantities at various sites. The initial work identified is in all five Service Areas of the District, as depicted on the attached exhibit. Lining of all twelve (12) reaches located in Service Area 2 is critical to the completion of another project, therefore priority shall be placed on completing all the Service Area 2 reaches at the beginning of this contract. Lining of these reaches shall be completed no later than February 1, 2023. which requires the Contractor to take steps to meet aggregate work force goals of 14.7 percent for minority participation and 6.9 percent for female participation.
