Specifications at Annex A attached. Categories of services include the following: Plumber Oil Burner Mechanic Refrigeration Mechanic Steamfitter Sheet Worker Millwright Electrician (as it relates to the mechanical requirements) PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is for one (1) year period from date of award with the Option to extend beyond the initial period for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. EXTENSION OF STANDING OFFER: If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer. EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically.
