Those who wish may obtain, as of January 26, 2022, the tender documents on the electronic tendering system at website or at the toll-free number 1- 866-669-7326 (advisory number 1562217), in accordance with the provisions of section 573 of the Cities and Towns Act . Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents. The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Done at Saguenay, this twenty-second day of the month of January two thousand and twenty-two. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 10% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
