Reference number : 1564172 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-10 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 13 Value of the Bid Security (amount or percentage) 1.1 SUBMISSION GUARANTEE A bid security (refer to Annex C of Part A) is required under this contract: 10% of the bid amount (bond) 1.2 PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE A performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges of materials and services (refer to Annexes E and F of Part A) will be required before the signing of this contract: 50% of the amount of the contract for the guarantee of performance of the work and 50% of the amount of the contract for the guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials and services (surety) The works mainly consist of the supply of labour, materials, equipment, equipment and services necessary to carry out this lot. The Contractor shall carry out all work relating to the replacement of the roof membrane and the installation of slabs on the roof terrace as required according to the plans and specifications prepared by the professionals, more particularly, but not limited to , to the following divisions: Division 00 - Procurement and Contract Requirements Section 00 01 20 - Seal and signature page Section 00 62 11 - Transmission form Division 02 - Existing Conditions Section 02 41 17 - Demolition work Division 07 - Thermal and Humidity Section 07 52 00 - Modified Bitumen Membrane Roofing Section 07 62 00 - Sheet metal flashing and accessories Section 07 76 16 - Roof terrace slabs on pedestals Division 09 - Finish Coating Section 09 30 26.13 - Concrete tiling with aggregates to match slabs on studs All in order to obtain a complete and functional work. The Contractor must take into account the following list of tasks, which is neither exhaustive nor restrictive: Shop drawings and data sheets for all products supplied must be presented to the Architect (Lemay CO inc.) for approval; Coordination plans should be prepared in collaboration with other roof contractors; The coordination of the work with the other contractors will be carried out by the Construction Manager of this lot and approved by the Architect; Leak tests must be carried out on the entire membrane after it has been installed; Hoisting to the workplace and erecting all its material and equipment; Do the progressive and final cleaning of his work area; Make the electrical connections of his tools on the power supply provided by the Construction Manager; Supply and install all scaffolding required for the work; Make all the drilling and patching of all the surfaces affected by the work; Provide all the anchors, suspensions, cable tray required for the work. The content of this article should not be considered as limiting. For more details and clarifications, refer to the Plans and specifications and other documents forming part of this mandate. In addition to the requirements indicated in the plans and specifications, the following elements are also included in this contract : All the equipment, tools and materials necessary for the work of this lot as specified in the plans and specifications; The demolition and construction of the new roof must be coordinated so as to always remain watertight; All security and protection measures specific to the work of this call for tenders; Cleaning and maintenance of the site and accesses, signage and flaggers relating to the work of this lot; All surveying and measuring work necessary for the complete completion of the work of this lot; The movement of workers on the site to reach their place of work; Board and travel expenses for all workers and subcontractors; Management of noise, dust, concrete chips, paint/membrane, water or any other contaminants specific to its work; Scaffolding and other temporary installations required for the work; All requested tests and related documentation; The lifting plan, work procedures and temporary installation certificates signed and sealed by an engineer member of the OIQ; The development of working methods; The evacuation of all waste specific to its work in containers made available by the Construction Manager on floor 611 with the exception of existing ventilation units which are to be demolished. For these, the demolition and removal of debris to the waste container located outside at the ground floor level are the responsibility of the Contractor; Work in several stages or in continuous or discontinuous phases; All costs related to Covid-19; Coordination with the Construction Manager to obtain access to premises located outside the Tower and required as part of its works as defined in these documents; Sealing around all the openings required for the passage of conduits; The Olympic Park uses the Procore platform for project management and provides the required licenses. The Contractor must participate and collaborate in the use of the software with the Construction Manager; When working at height, the Contractor must submit a work method which must be approved by the competent authorities. In addition, for work outside such as on the roof of the Tower, the Contractor must ensure that all the tools and materials used must be secure and well attached to prevent falls and accidents; The protection of existing surfaces and structures during the work of this lot, including but not limited to the Stadium canvas, the domes of the CSPO, the curtain walls of the Tower, etc. Inspection and repair at the Contractor's expense in the event of material or equipment falling; Development of a work protocol respecting Safety Code 6 (Limits of human exposure to radioelectric electromagnetic energy in the frequency range from 3kHz to 300 GHz) in order to ensure the health and safety of workers during the work near the antennas on the roof.
