Daniels HR Corporation, working within the University of Toronto, invites Subcontractors to submit pre-qualification information and bids for upcoming mechanical and electrical work, which is partly inclusive of: Upcoming high rise student residence building at Sussex Ave. and Spadina Ave. in Toronto, Ontario. Interested Subcontractors must log onto https://danielshomes.ca/working-in-sussex-spadina/ for further information and to obtain the pre-qualification and bid package. This is a hard copy full submission pre-qualification and tender for Mechanical and Electrical Trades, whether you have been previously pre-qualified or if your company is submitting for the first time. Please note that the pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated first. A limited number of applicants will be prequalified and only bid submissions from prequalified contractors will be opened. All pre-qualified Trade Contractors will be notified at the conclusion of the evaluation process. Any bid submissions from contractors who are not prequalified will be returned unopened to the contractors. Contractors must submit their prequalification forms and bid forms in separate sealed envelopes.
