Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and religious / funeral development.
Replacement of Apartment Entry Door Hardware and other Door Hardware at Kinston Towers (NC 4-19), Six Churches (NC 4-66) and Roland Paylor (NC 4-95). Existing Doors, Hinges and Frames to remain. Remove existing lockset and provide new. Remove and replace existing apartment / unit Entry Door Locking Hardware - Existing Hardware is mortise type. Bidder shall review existing mortise depth for requirement of deepening mortise void as required. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety percent (90%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of Sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
