The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University) is issuing a competitive solicitation for Electrical Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to enable UNF to enter into a contract with one or more qualified state licensed Certified Electrical Contractors. The scope of services includes but is not limited to electrical and low-voltage wiring services, inspection, maintenance and repair, installation, renovation, remodeling, and parts and materials, on an as needed basis, for projects with budgets of $200,000 or less. The term of the agreement will begin upon execution and will terminate on June 30, 2027. One (1) option to renew for an additional five (5) year period based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties may be available; renewal is not automatic.
