Site work and asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center in Yucaipa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center.
The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include but are not limited to asbestos abatement (floor tile and mastic). Full compensation for conforming to the requirements associated with removal, related clean-up, and disposal of the following asbestos containing material as identified in Attachment A. Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% Project Duration: 30 Work Days 19% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include but are not limited to removing existing tile and carpet flooring. Full compensation for conforming to the requirements associated with removing and replacing tile and carpet flooring, cleaning and preparing flooring (sub floor sheeting and installation of sub floor sheeting may be required), installation of moisture barrier with alkali control, installing new rubber cove base, installation and finish ofnew LVP/VCT, and disposal of existing flooring material.
