The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide complete landscape maintenance services for Freeway On and Off Ramps located in the City of Riverside. The on and off ramps for bidding include the 91 Freeway at Pierce Street, 91 Freeway at La Sierra, 91 Freeway at Van Buren, 91 Freeway at University Avenue and Mission Inn Avenue and the 60 Freeway at Market Street. Contractor will be responsible for contacting Caltrans to obtain all necessary Freeway Encroachment Permits and to receive all requirements for working on State of California Freeways. The contractor will be responsible for the proper maintenance needs of the area in accordance with all Federal, State, County and Local laws and regulations.
