The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide complete landscape maintenance services for the Downtown Area of the City of Riverside. For the purposes of the proposal, the Downtown area is defined as the area generally bounded by both sides of Fourteenth Street, Market Street, 5th Street and Lime Street, including Lemon Street, Orange Street, Main Street, and Mission Inn Avenue, University Avenue from Lime Street to Market Street and 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th Streets. The Downtown Area also includes the Main Street Pedestrian Mall between 5th and 10th Streets. The contractor will be responsible for the proper maintenance needs of the area in accordance with all Federal, State, County and Local laws and regulations.
