Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project includes: New tennis center facilities including but not limited to sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, pedestrian paths, ramps, 7 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts with associated fencing and gates. Related site work includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, stormwater controls, waterlines, sanitary sewer service and landscaping. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Kimberly Toon at kimberlytoon@fayettevillenc.gov. Bidders are expressly prohibited from contacting any City of Fayetteville official or employee associated with this Request for Proposal, except as noted above. Violation of this prohibition is grounds for the immediate disqualification of the bidder. Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 per day for each day of overrun, $1,000.00 per day for each day of unauthorized suspension. Contract Time: 31s0 calendar Days.
