The City of Fort Walton, Florida is reconstructing a parking lot located at 164 and 166 Miracle Strip Pkwy, SW in downtown Fort Walton Beach. This parking lot is in need of asphalt and stormwater improvements. Work will include removal of the existing underlying building foundation and tying into the adjacent FDOT stormwater system. Parking lot improvements - 164-166 msp bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the city and in accordance with specifications and the list of quantities desired. Respondents are advised that from the date of release of this solicitation until award of the contract, no contact with city personnel related to this solicitation is permitted.
