Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hume, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work shall include the installation of new window assemblies consisting of thermally broken aluminum replacement window systems including operable window sections, glazing and other associated work at Shiloh Community School, Hume, Illinois. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. Removal of the existing window assemblies will be performed by the school district's Asbestos Abatement Contractor. No formal Pre-Bid is scheduled; however, additional information regarding arranging a site visit prior to the bid date can be found in the project manual.
