Renovation of a municipal facility in Elsa, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The HVAC system at the Beaver Creek Grader Station has reached its end of life. The objective of this project is to replace the heating fuel source from oil to propane, replace the office furnace for a hydronic system, replace oil radiators with propane unit heaters, and retrofit or replace other systems and units part of the HVAC system in order to improve efficiency, comfort, and reliability for the users and the maintenance staff. The project will be taking place in the community of Beaver Creek located on the traditional territory of the White River First Nation.
