The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the Army Water Line (AWL) Pipeline Replacement - Phase 1. The Authority is replacing Section 2, the Patterson Road section, which starts at Booster Pump Station 1 (BPS 1) and terminates near the intersection of NYS Route 11 and Patterson Road, with an approximate length of 13,600-feet.
