Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Madera, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The County of Madera, hereinafter ("County)", on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, is requesting proposals from qualified architects/engineering firms, hereinafter (Proposer), who have demonstrated capability to provide professional services relating to complete architectural and engineering services and such other services as may be necessary in the design and construction of the new Fairmead Community Center project, within the budgeted limits set by the County and in compliance with all applicable standards, laws, rules, regulations. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") and a Request for Proposals ("RFP"). This RFQ/ RFP have been publicly advertised. Proposers are required to respond to the RFQ/RFP in accordance with the requirements listed within RFQ/RFP #2022- 03. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of February 3, 2022, the due date has been confirmed by the owner.
