The awarded vendor's pricing shall include all demolition, removal, prep, installation, and other trades work outlined in the specifications. 60 mil Duro-Last mechanically attached roof Elastomeric Roof Coating Metal Roofing Gravel Ballast/ Scratch flood & re-gravel Installation of new roofing material, will include replacement of roof and all roofing system peripherals that were removed during demo. This shall include and is not limited to, building protection, new flashings, termination bars, pitch pans, penetrations, pipe, pipe stands, sleeves and coping metals. This job also includes some painting, installation and painting of gutters and light HVAC work. After evaluation of all proposals is completed, the Purchasing Department will send a recap of all proposals received.
