H9B 2P1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1. Replacement of several interior doors (stairwell doors, agora doors, student entrance, music room and student lockers);
2. Replacement of all exterior light fixtures (except those that have been changed recently);
3. Renovation of the foundation wall plaster where necessary (partially) and repairs to the base of seven exterior doors;
4.Installation of ventilation and repair of the access hatch in the mechanical room of the swimming pool;
5.Replacement of the bituminous coating of the service point parking lot. No other visit will be made and bidders may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on site at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. OBTAINING DOCUMENTS: The tenderer must obtain the tender documents through the electronic tender display system. Bid Bond 10% is required.
