The awardee must provide the Payment (Attachment G-5) and Performance Attachment G-4) Bonds upon receiving an award notice from the city. After the bonds are successfully verified, the department will notify the awardee to start the project. The bid must include $5000 in contingency. The solicitation requires a mandatory attendance at one of the two pre-bid meetings. Details of the meeting location and dates are given on the specifications.
