BVU Authority ("BVU"), a political subdivision of Virginia, is seeking to procure the services of qualified firms to provide mowing & landscaping services on a set schedule or "as requested" basis for the locations listed on the price schedule (Attachment C). Any questions related to this Request for Proposal should be emailed to: Kimberly Robinette, CPPB, VCO Purchasing Agent & Warehouse Supervisor krobinette@bvua.com. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of this Agreement for a period of one (1) year renewed annually up to four (4) additional years pending annual review and approval by BVU. This Agreement may be terminated or extended by either party as set forth in the RFP. BVU reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal, waive informalities and award the contract to best serve the interest of BVU. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
