Barton Malow Builders requests Bid Proposals on behalf of Owner for the construction of Linden Community Schools for Bid Package # 3C work Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security, in the amount of 5% of base bid, by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Provide and install new indoor fiber between MDF's and IDF's, reuse existing fiber trays or provide new trays and modules as needed. See drawings for locations. Work with Genesee ISD to identify (test) and tag all fiber between Linden & GISD, also identify (test), and tag all fiber between Linden buildings (6 buildings), this includes district data, district phone and GenNET incoming fibers. At Linden High School, consolidate 4 trays of WAN fiber into 1 single tray. Note 1 existing tray contains angled fiber. There is an existing newer tray that can be re-purposed with (2) open slots for expansion. Ensure all fiber cabling is labeled consistent and matching on each end of the run. If new WAN fiber tray is installed, provide 1 meter duplex LC single mode patch cables to connect tray to existing switch SFP if necessary.
