Isle of Wight County Schools is soliciting lump sum, sealed bids for purchase of up to 500 new Interactive Whiteboard(s) with adjustable counterbalanced sliding wall-mount. The model of wall mount shall be Promethean AP-ASW-90. The models of interest for pricing include Promethean ActivPanel 75" Nickel, Promethean ActivPanel 86" Nickel, Promethean ActivPanel 75" Titanium and Promethean ActivPanel 86" Titanium. Pricing should include options for all 4 models as different models may be used for different locations in the school division. The Interactive Panel, the wall mount and the cost of lift gate delivery should be included in the final price of each unit. Any bid received after the above date and time will not be opened or considered. The bidder bears the burden of insuring that the bid is received in the Purchasing Office by the above date and time. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at the above stated date, time and location. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Section 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The bid should be signed by an authorized representative.
