The project generally includes landscaping, irrigation, and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 and the City of Loveland. The project is located in the vicinity of Boyd Lake Avenue and 15th Street Loveland, CO. Work is anticipated to start April 4, 2022 with substantial completion by June 23, 2022. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. Each bid must be accompanied by a subcontractor and supplier list for proposed labor, services, and/or materials. Bidding contractors must self-perform a minimum of forty percent (40%) of the work. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest.
