Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written bids from qualified vendors to furnish and install refrigerant to chiller located at 100 Gross Crescent Circle Fort Oglethorpe, Ga 30742. As described in Scope of Work Section of this Bid Document. The envelope shall state "BID - CHI MEMORIAL CHILLER REFRIGERANT" to prevent accidental opening. Bids shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope with all the information required by law, including the name of the project and the Respondent's name, address and license number, expiration date and classification (as applicable). Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that has met the requirements of this bids criteria.
