Site work, paving and new construction of a road / highway in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 05, 2022, this project was awarded to Road-Con, Inc for $11,645,653.10. This project provides for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and work necessary to erect four (4) tolling facilities at MP 290.7, MP 309.8, MP 312.7 and MP 330.5, each including gantry structure, concrete utility building, complete and operable, asphalt toll zone pavement and asphalt parking area. Any questions for this project must be submitted electronically in EBS by registered business partners. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks. Estimated Project Cost: $10,000,000 - $20,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
