The Bell Court Redevelopment, John Noble Home project is the redevelopment of the existing 1-storey Bell Court LTC home (approximately 948 sm), into a new, 2-storey Bell Court LTC home (approximately 2,786 sm), including the demolition and redevelopment of the existing building, site and building services to serve the new building and interior renovations of the existing Day & Stay program and the vestibule for Bell Lane Terrace. The proposed form of construction Contract is the CCDC 5B - 2020 Should you be interested in becoming an applicant and receiving a Request for Proposals (RFP) document, please register by email to the Consultant: kenyon@garchitects.ca. A complete RFP document, with submission requirements and more project information will be emailed to applicants after receipt of their request to register email. RFP submissions will be evaluated by the Owner's Evaluation Committee upon reviewing the Construction Manager's relevant experience, capacity, proximity to the project location, references and the quality of their services. The Owner shall not be obliged to accept any bid in response to this RFP. Acceptance and/or rejection of any bid will be made according to the Owner's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of submission are provided in the RFP documents and must be strictly complied with.
