Reference Number : 1562841 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Reloading and culvert work (Segment #15) -Rang 6 west and Townline road Paving work (Segment #30)-Route 216 west The Municipality of Saint-Jacques-de-Leeds is requesting two separate bids for the following two (2) projects : Reloading and culvert work. Segment #15 - Range 6 West & Townlinw Road and Paving Works, Segment #30 - Route 216 West. Receipt of offers Bids must comply with the requirements of the specifications and presented on the forms provided for this purpose. The opening of the tenders can be done with the presence of the tenderers while respecting the sanitary measures. Bid guarantees Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft representing 10% of the amount of the tender, payable to the Municipality of Saint-Jacques-de-Leeds or a bond. of tender or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, established in the same amount and valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days beyond the date of opening of the tenders. Acceptance or rejection of submissions The Municipality of Saint-Jacques-de-Leeds does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no liability towards the tenderer(s) for the preparation and submission of the tenders. Depending on the budget available to the Municipality, the project may be carried out in phases, in whole or in part. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
