**As of March 14,2022, the project was awarded to Ray Stadler Construction, awarded amount is $82,400.00.** This project generally consists of renovating the women's and men's restrooms at the Washington County Golf Course Clubhouse to include demolition work, plumbing, carpentry, new drywall, provide and install new fixtures, flooring tile walls and painting. Project must be completed by December 29, 2022. Accepted bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Certificate of Insurance upon award. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need complete and submit a Bidderis Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. This completed form is to be received no later than 5 days prior to the bid opening. The Bidders Qualification Form is included in the bid document for this project. Additionally, bidders are to include with their bid three (3) references of similar projects completed within the past 3 years that Washington County may contact as well. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the Countyis best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this bid.
