Estimated Cost $100,000 - $120,000. Replace/Repair approximately 10,800 sq. feet of roof. Bidder agrees to furnish all labor and materials to remove existing rock and/or rubber roofing and inspect and replace any wet or deteriorated roof insulation. Install one layer or SeparatoR CGF coverboard, followed by a JM EPDM NR 60 mil fully adhered rubber-roofing system. Must be a John s Manville certified installer. Remove and re-install metal drip edge on all perimeters. All work to be done in accordance with manufacturers specifications with a manufacturer warranty of 20 years and shall be complete. Please include a board foot price for replacement of wet or damaged insulation. Bidders must be within 50 miles of site. Square footage measurement is approximate, and all interested contractors will need to visit the site to assure accurate measurements, and scope of work needed. Contact Supt Michael Kroll at the Warner School for an appointment to evaluate and measure the area to be repaired. All work is required to be begin after June 1st, 2022 and completed on or before August 5th, 2022. Liquidated damages of $200/day may be assessed. Recommendation to the Warner Board of Education at the regular meeting on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for acceptance or rejection.
