Columbia County is seeking bids for the installation of new and replacement cameras for the Law Enforcement Center in Portage, WI. The project is funded through the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds of the American Rescue Plan Act. Federal requirements and certain restrictions apply to this project. Contractor(s) will have a background check done to ensure being able to work in or around the Facility. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodations must contact the County no later than (seven) 7 days prior to the mandatory pre-bid meeting or bid opening. Camera #1 - Located on the North West corner of the LEC. This will cover the West side of the Building, the North West side, and the Parking Lot across the street. The Camera will be; Axis-01959-004, Q6135-LE High Speed PTZ W/32X Zoom, Axis-01700-001, AxisQ6100-E 5 Megapixel Network. This is a 360 Camera. Programmed into the Genetech System. Camera #2 - Located on the south Side of the LEC, by the Cook Street Entrance. This will be a 360 camera, no PTZ, 5 Megapixel, Axis Q6100-E 5 with a 60-Watt Mid Span and Corner Mount Bracket. Cable will need to be pulled from 2 nd Floor Data Room and programed into the Genetech System. Camera #3 - This is a Fixed Dome camera that will be removed from the Northwest Corner of the LEC and installed on the Southeast side of the Building to cover the area and doors looking towards the Generator. Cable will need to be pulled from 2 nd floor to tie back into the Camera System. o Camera #4 - Huber Wash-Bay Door. The existing camera will be removed. A new 360 Camera with PTZ will be installed in its place. Axis-01959-004. Q6135-LE High Speed PTZ W/32X Zoom. Axis Q6100-E 5 Megapixel Camera. o Camera #5 - This is the existing Camera from the Huber Wash-Bay that will be re-located to the North Wall of the Huber Center to over-look the Impound Yard. This will replace the Camera that is located in that spot. o Camera #6 - This camera will replace the existing Camera on the North Wall of the LEC Building located by the M.E's Overhead door.
